founded in 1995 and has been in business for 19

practice of David B. Pariser, Esq. over 30 years
ago and the employment of Randall M. Dana, Esq.
as Vice President and General Counsel of the
American Bank of
Central Ohio, which was later acquired by
Society Bank.

Alyson C. Tanenbaum, Esq. and our company
founders. |
Alyson
C. Tanenbaum, Esq.
Managing Attorney Alyson C. Tanenbaum, Esq. graduated from the College of Wooster in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2005 from Capital University Law School where she was a member of the Law Review and the Order of the Curia. She is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Ms. Tanenbaum is Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General with the authority to represent the State of Ohio on collection matters. Ms. Tanenbaum is also an active participant in the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association. Her areas of concentration include creditor’s rights, college and university representation, civil litigation, real estate litigation, subrogation services and bankruptcy.

B. Pariser, Esq.
Founder
David B. Pariser, Esq. (Retired)
graduated from The Ohio State
University in 1971 with a Bachelor of
Arts and from
Capital
University
Law
School
with a Juris Doctorate in 1974.
He was admitted to the practice
of law in the State of
Ohio, and he was actively involved in
the area of creditor’s rights for
over 30 years.
Mr. Pariser was Special Counsel
to the Ohio Attorney General with the
authority to represent the State of
Ohio
on collection matters.
Mr. Pariser recently retired,
but remains with Dana & Pariser as
Client Liaison.

Randall
M. Dana, Esq.
Founder
Randall M. Dana, Esq. was born
August 5, 1945 and died August 5,
2003. He graduated from The Ohio
State University with a B.A. in 1968
and from
Capitol
University
Law
School
with a J.D. in 1974. He was admitted
to the practice of law in
Ohio, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of
Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Dana was Special Counsel to the
Office of the Ohio Attorney General
and he was a highly accomplished
attorney. As was his desire, Mr.
Dana left a leading creditor's rights
law firm with a talented and
experienced team of professionals that
provide quality services to our
clients. |
