Our staff are trained in the latest collection techniques and in the use of innovative technology.  All personnel receive training in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the rules and regulations of the Federal Trade Commission, the rules and regulation as set forth under IRS 1075, and appropriate safeguards and policies to meet the requirements pertaining to the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rule.

Dana & Pariser utilizes one of the leading and most sophisticated collection software systems in the United States combined with contemporary office software.  We have instant on-line access to credit, employment, and location histories, as well as having access to Dunn & Bradstreet services, local, county, state and federal court documents for most of the United States and law libraries around the world.  We have integrated payment functionality to be able to process check, debit and credit card payments and we support encrypted email and secure file downloads.
