Founder David B. Pariser, Esq. (Retired) graduated from The Ohio State University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts and from Capital University Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 1974.  He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio , and he was actively involved in the area of creditor’s rights for over 30 years.  Mr. Pariser was Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General with the authority to represent the State of Ohio on collection matters.  Mr. Pariser recently retired, but remains with Dana & Pariser as Client Liaison.
